Challenge
Newsela had gone through a lot of product updates within a year. In honor of the 2023 Back to School season, Newsela needed a video highlighting their new product features. The video needed to get viewers excited about these new updates and not just be a slideshow-like video.
Solution
I provided a lo-fidelity view of the Newsela product and used subtle animations such as clicking, selecting, and typing so that viewers can get an in-depth view of the updates. Using motion also helped highlight the benefits of Newsela's new features. Throughout the 2023-2024 school year, this video has been a reliable resource for the Marketing and Sales teams to share with customers.
