Challenge
In honor of MLK day, the Social team requested a series of posts promoting Newsela's MLK articles. They needed a treatment that was engaging but also reflective of the historic events, which can be a tricky balance.
Solution
Animations help draw viewers in and engage in the content. The photography-forward treatment and predominantly black color palette allows viewers to easily absorb information and reflect on the article topics.
